Gregory Dowell Promoted to Director of ZS Chicago Building Enclosure Group

ZS is pleased to announce the promotion of Gregory Dowell to Director of ZS’ Chicago Building Enclosure Group. Gregory is a Licensed Architect in Illinois and Wisconsin, and has over a decade of experience in building enclosure consulting and the preservation and restoration of historic buildings.
Over the past two years, Gregory has contributed greatly in his role at ZS and focused his efforts on managing and performing building enclosure assessment, design and commissioning for new, existing and historic facilities.
