With close coordination by the Owner and branch Facility Manager, the ZS team was able to devise a plan for 100% replacement of all window sections and all necessary exterior repairs during the winter months, while keeping the branch location fully operational. Through construction observation services and sensitive coordination with the construction teams, the project was able to proceed with minimal interruptions. Dust control and security measures were keenly monitored throughout the project’s duration.
