Sheboygan City Hall is a four-story masonry structure that was constructed and dedicated in 1915. The structure is a City of Sheboygan and Sheboygan County Historic Landmark. The primary exterior building envelope components consist of brick coursing, limestone architectural elements, aluminum framed windows and storefront entrance systems, and a modified bitumen roof system.
The scope of work for this project included:
- Laser scanning from ground level and roofs of adjacent buildings.
- State-of-the-art plane and deviation analysis of scan data to detect horizontal movement.
- Preparation of condition assessment report.
