This building was built in 1973, and was last renovated in 1991. The Two-Fifty building is connected to Milwaukee’s Sky-walk system and sits along the path of the street-car route.

ZS was retained by Fulcrum 250 East, LLC to certify the existing single point post anchors on this building for rope descent window washing. ZS also structurally engineered six (6) new anchors and three (3) new horizontal lifelines to provide additional fall protection access.
