The 720 North Water Street Parking Structure is a 10-story post-tensioned concrete parking structure with precast concrete panels. The structure was built in 1989 as part of the iconic 37-story-high 100 East Wisconsin Building. A skywalk connects the parking structure to the 100 East Wisconsin Building.

This project’s start to finish approach included:
