ZS served as the Structural Engineer of Record for all the structures built within Deer District, which includes the new Good City Brewing Tap Room, the Punch Bowl Social entertainment venue, the biergarten with its challenging roof structure, and the 75,000 square feet of public plaza.
Deer District, located east of N. 4th Street, between W. Highland and W. Juneau Avenue, will host year-round community activities such as dining, retail, a farmer’s market, and outdoor concerts/festivals.
The architectural design for the project was led by Rinka Chung Architecture. Hunzinger Construction was the construction manager for the project.
