The 100 East Wisconsin Building is a 37-story skyscraper, erected in 1989. It is theĀ 3rd tallest building in Wisconsin. Its design is reflective of the authentic German architecture characteristic of downtown Milwaukee. The tower features a rectangular footprint and is topped with a crown similar to that of the former Pabst Office Building and the Milwaukee City Hall.
The 100 East Wisconsin Building has fall protection system components throughout the building elevations and multiple roofs. The system includes: Davit Arms and Bases, Tie-Back Anchorages, and Re-direct Anchorages.
ZS performed a complete safety inspection and certification program for the building maintenance access and fall protection system. The building’s fall protection system is currently certified per OSHA. The certified system allows for quick access to areas of the building envelope for emergency repairs, window replacement, and window washing.
