The 20-story building at 250 East Wisconsin Avenue was built in 1971 and designed by Perkins & Will. The office tower came under the ownership of Fulcrum 250 E, LLC in 2015 and reopened as Two-Fifty in 2017.

ZS was retained to certify the existing single point post anchors on this building for rope descent window washing. ZS also structurally engineered new anchors and new horizontal lifelines to provide additional fall protection access.
