ZS was retained to complete 3D Laser Scanning and Building Information Modeling for a portion of an existing large-scale industrial facility to assist the building owner with undertaking future renovations and building additions.

All modeling was completed within ½ inch tolerance of the scan data and a 2016 Revit Project was produced with modeled components including roof decking, steel structure, floor slabs, fenestration openings, interior partition walls, and exterior walls.
