The Milwaukee Center is a 28-story, 426-foot-tall postmodern high-rise building in downtown Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The building was completed in 1988 and is currently the fifth tallest building in Wisconsin.
The Milwaukee Center has fall protection system components throughout the building elevations and multiple roofs. The system includes: Davit Arms and Bases, and Tie-Back Anchorages. These systems allow efficient access to areas of the building envelope for repairs, window replacement, and window washing.
ZS performed a complete safety inspection and certification program for the building maintenance access and fall protection systems. The building’s fall protection system was certified per OSHA.
