The Gas Light Parking Structural is an 80,000 square foot precast concrete framed parking structure built in 1981. The structure consists of six (6) levels of precast concrete double tees supported by precast concrete walls.

ZS was retained to prepare repair/maintenance construction bid documents and construction administration services. The repairs were completed in two (2) phases and included:

• A thorough survey of the structural conditions, including a hands-on examination of all structural components.
• Replacement of all joint sealant.
• Concrete surface repairs.
• Structural repairs to the precast double tees and supporting concrete haunches.
• Installation of non-slip membrane to stairs and elevator lobbies.
