MILWAUKEE TOOL DOWNTOWN OFFICE MILWAUKEE, WI This year Milwaukee Tool began welcoming employees to its new downtown office on West Michigan Street. The long-vacant building includes 350,000 square-feet of newly renovated space for Milwaukee Tool.ZS was retained by Milwaukee Tool, Stephen Perry Smith Architects, and Mortenson Construction for multiple professional services including Building Enclosure Consulting, Testing, and Structural Engineering throughout the course of the renovation project.
